Teen Night: Carnegie Science Kitchen

Join us for a special teen night all about the chemistry of cooking! Enjoy dinner with your friends and hands-on activities.

  • See chilling demonstrations make frozen marshmallows and slushies with liquid nitrogen
  • Make delicious ice cream from scratch and decorate your creation with toppings
  • Identify pH, chemical, and physical changes in food
