Welcome back, we miss you!
Since the start of COVID-19 pandemic, Carnegie Museums has continued to follow government and public health guidance to keep our staff and our visitors staff. Thank you for your continued help and support!
Given a growing percentage of vaccinated adults across the state, Pennsylvania recently announced it will lift all remaining COVID-19 restrictions either on June 28 or sooner if the full vaccination rate for adults reaches 70%. At that time, mask-wearing and social-distancing will no longer be required at the four Carnegie Museums. (The exception will be our summer camp programs.)
Like most regional museums and other cultural organizations, we will continue to ask all guests ages 2 and up to wear a mask while inside our buildings, except in designated dining areas, until June 28 or until the state mask mandates for all individuals is lifted.
If you have questions, please call and speak with a Visitor Services representative at 412.237.3400. If you are unable to wear a face mask or a face shield, we invite you to explore our virtual offerings at Carnegie Museums From Home , until the time comes when mask-wearing is no longer required. Please reserve your timed tickets and learn more about our current Visitor Safety Guidelines. We look forward to spending the summer with you at the four Carnegie Museums!
Please note: Carnegie Museums reserves the right to require that visitors who do not follow posted safety guidelines or instructions from our staff leave the premises. Failure to comply with this policy or rude or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Please see our Visitor Conduct Policy for more information.
