Launch Your Future

Did you know there are over 100 space companies in Southwestern Pennsylvania? Pittsburgh’s space industry is growing, and we want YOU to be a part of it!

During program sessions at Carnegie Science Center or the Energy Innovation Center, explore the many career opportunities in the space industry from engineering and technical writing to social media management, while building career readiness skills that can be applied to any field. Learn what it’s like to work in the space industry through conversations with space professionals. Participate in hands-on challenges and grow your confidence as an innovative thinker, communicator, and problem-solver over the course of the internship.

Requirements

• Ages 14–18
• Commit to attending all program sessions
• Application is due Mon., Aug. 26, 2024

• Receive a $600 stipend upon completion of the program
