At Carnegie Science Center, we align with your curriculum. In addition to 200+ interactive exhibits included in general group admission, we offer a wide variety of experiences that make for an unforgettable field trip. Whether you want a fun educational outing or need to cover specific content areas, we can help you design the perfect day!
High schoolers will learn through skill-based experiences, co-creation, and active participation in real-world problem solving and projects. Explore available on site educational field trips, outreach travel-to-you experiences, and educational outings and let us customize your visit!

General Admission field-trip pricing starts at $10 per person for weekday groups of 15 or more with a two-week advance reservation and $13 per person in the group on weekends with a two-week advance reservation. Ready to start the reservation process? To process your reservation, please provide:
- Which programs/add-ons you want to book
- A few suggested dates for your visit
- Arrival and departure times
- Number of adults (teachers and chaperones) – please note, one adult is required for every 10 students (and adult is admitted free)
- Number of students
- Lunch and/or movie snack plans
