RAD Days are offered throughout the community to thank Allegheny County residents and visitors who pay a 1% county sales tax which, through the Allegheny Regional Asset District, benefits regional arts and cultural organizations such as libraries, parks & recreation, cultural, sports, and civic facilities and programs.
