Carnegie Science Center's Teen Volunteer Program is for individuals ages 14 – 18. This program offers a unique experience in which young people can explore career interests, build employment skills and contribute to the region. Individuals are given the opportunity for personal growth and responsibility. Both year round and summer positions are available.
Teens must be able to volunteer a minimum of 50 hours for the summer and 100 hours for the year round program.
Upon acceptance into the program, all volunteers must go through a background check with our company. The cost is free for teens.
All teens must submit a Teen Volunteer Application packet before they will be considered for a position. To apply, download a Teen Volunteer Application packet.
